Tofu Pad See Ew

The flavors of this dish are amazing. However, the noodles were a bit too soft/chewy. Makes me think they had been sitting there for awhile. But the flavor was good and I can imagine it being the perfect dish if it were fresh. Tofu was good and reminded me of an eggy texture which was nice!
