This was probably the best hummus I’ve ever had. From the name, I was expecting a hummus AND tofu bowl, but it was actually hummus with tofu whipped into it. As a result, it was probably the smoothest and most flavourful hummus I’ve ever had. The vinaigrette it came with was also nicely spiced, and the vegetables were super fresh. I loved it!
