Tofu Bao

Nori is a fully vegan japanese restaurant with sushi, hot entrees, desert and amazing drinks. This tofu bao comes with 2 pieces for $14.00, so pretty expensive. These are small handheld steamed buns stuffed with Japanese BBQ tofu, carrot, cucumber, negi served with ginger mayo. They were good but I wish the bun was a little thicker myself.
