Toasted Sandwiches Reuben

I was quite surprised by the sandwich! The toasted bread really crispy on the edges and chewy on the inside. I'm guessing it's sourdough. The filling is on the heavier side with the pastrami and sauerkraut. Vegan cheese and mayo rocks.
