From the menu: Gluten free. Tempura roll with spicy tofu, green onion, ichimi, sesame, spicy aioli, sweet shoyu. This was delicious! It was a crunchy tempura roll with fresh garnishing and a sweet sauce. Presentation was beautiful. I don't know what the red stuff on top is, maybe shreeded fried beet?
