The Vegan Sandwich

Tasteful and fresh! Paired super well with the spicy soup of the day.

Marinated tofu with sun-dried tomato pesto on rosemary bread. There are lots of vegan options on the menu and the salads are gigantic.

This is delicious AND healthy. I would recommend it. It’s probably not for everyone if they’re used to really meaty sandwiches, but I found it plenty filling with the marinated tofu, etc.
