I was so surprised how perfect this Lox was! I’d happily order again, cream cheese was delicious and the pawpaw tastes and feels just like salmon. So fresh! This made me want to try and recreate it at home

Carrots were perfectly smoked and the cream cheese was divine.

This dish was unbelievable! Couldn’t believe it wasn’t real salmon. It imitates the “smokiness” and saltines of salmon which was delicious combined with the vegan cream cheese. The capers just added such a burst of flavor too- I wish there were more capers! #ashersfarmsanctuary #ashers
