This was a special they had on the day I went and is currently not
on the standard menu, however the Buffalo Chicken Sammie and the Buffalo Maple Chicken Biscuit are.
Brioche bun, house made 'chicken patty' covered in buffalo sauce, maple syrup, and garlic mayo(?). The board the special was written on listed it but I dont remember tasting or seeing anything that looked like it. Red Onions and fresh jalapenos. With a side of fries. Fries were cooked perfectly for my taste, crispy potato skin. The maple syrup and red onions/jalepenos went really well together- this became my new favorite vegan comfort food place and I'm sad it's so far away from me.
