Yet another incredible burger from Blended 🍔 Homemade chickpea, beetroot and coriander patty with rocket, homemade chilli cashew mayo, organic sprouts and homemade basil pesto on a sourdough bun 🌱

Delicious Classic Burger on a gluten-free bun. The filling was amazing (beetroot, mushroom patty). Yummy homemade pesto and microgreens. Delicious side salad with vinaigrette and topped with roasted seeds. Great attention to detail! Only complaint is the Sweet potato bun. Very hard, which makes the burger impossible to eat with your hands. Will try the buckwheat GF bun option next time 🙂

Go hungry! This burger is awesome. A healthy veggie beetroot patty with pesto and all the burger trimmings. Rosemary wedges were delicious 😋

I could not fault this dish at all. From the perfect fries to the delicious burger and the sauce....yum!!! The burger had a chickpea, beetroot and corriander pattie with rocket, chilli cashew cream, tomato, sprouts and a basil pesto. But I have to talk about those glorious fries... they were seasoned with rosemary salt and were crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy inside. Teamed with the dipping sauce and they were heavenly. I feel like the fries deserved a review of their own 😂 #burger #capetown
