The Benny

I have been wanting to go to Crux for a while now and I finally had the chance to check it out. It was amazing. Although it was a bit pricey, it was a lovely family outing and the food was delicious. I liked the fact that it caters for coeliacs as my parents can’t have gluten.

Delicious "eggs benedict a la vegan" with delicious bacon strips, though the presentation was underwhelming for the price they charge.

This is my new lord and saviour! Only reason not 5 stars is probs not the healthiest 😆 Anytime going out in the future for breakfast this is now gonna be my first choice!! Can't begin to say how yummy it was. House poached vegan egg, served on toast, with generous amount of avocado, house bacon and hollandaise sauce + I also added hash browns. Everything tasted divine! Perfect texture, perfect taste, perfect everything. Can't recommend this enough!! (If your a fry up breakfast kind person.) Cost $26 and wirth every penny. You get a lot and I sadly couldn't finish mine.
