The Avalanche Breakfast Plate

This is a massive breakfast! Comes with 2 pancakes, country potatoes, tofu scramble, and choice of protein (I went with the fennel sausage). Everything was absolutely delicious! I also added blueberries in the pancakes too. Huge portions too, I could barely finish half of it! #breakfast #veganbreakfast #pancakes
