Thai Sweet & Sour Delight

🌱 🤤 This was one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had - a perfect sweet and sour dish, the flavours were beautiful and the texture was spot on. I wish I could take this dish back to the U.K. with me! Cost for dish $21

can i just say that this tasted so much like a meaty sweet and sour pork i gasped 😫 the texture was great and so was the sauce highly recommend!!

The mock meat was super tender and worked well with the olive rice. I didn’t feel this was my favourite (the one from Eight Treasures) is definitely better, but I wouldn’t kick it out of bed!

This was amazing! I was confused if the sweet and tangy chunks of "meat" was made from mushrooms or mock meat. I cannot tell them apart to be honest. It has a slightly crunchy exterior and so chewy inside. Love the sauce as well. #veganisnotscary
