Teriyaki 'Meat' Balls

This is the da bomb dish. The staffs shared this with us this mushrooms is soaked with teriyaki sauce for three days and then the Chef prepares this dish for customers. Its packed with flavours, such as sweet, unami and guess what it taste like meat but Vegan.

Combination of the soft meatballs with the crunchy salad leaves plus teriyaki flavouring is great….what a creative dish 😋

Very delicious. Is a interesting dish nothing taste quite like it. The portion is small.

Enjoyed this dish despite the priciness. “Meat” is quite mushy but full of flavours.

House-made mushroom meatballs (rolled-oats & mushrooms). Top with Sakae teriyaki sauce. This is so fabulously yummy.
