Taco Mexico Vegan

The first disappointing dish from Fat Cactus 🤔... Presentation-wise, it looked good but the struggle to navigate around those little bowls was real. They couldn't come out of their pockets easily so we were having to bring out plates to the tray. The cheese sauce was served cold. Odd. The rice was hard. The chicken was On the Green Side tossed in a tasty enough sauce but the chicken bits never caught the flavour. Nah.

Not the best photo, but the taco is more important 😁 This was divine, i can’t wait to eat it again. The refried beans was a bit spicy, but bearable. Messy to eat, but so worth it!

Such an awesome dish, the vegan option is re fried beans which were super tasty. Always love making tacos at the table. #veganin2020
