Not bad, just that the gojujiang flavor can definitely be enhanced! Also the shell can be less oily…
Was really yummy! Although i expected a harder shell for tacos, it was much softer - felt more like burritos. But the filling was yummy. I swapped out the spicy cauliflower with cashew cream as I wanted it to be less spicy. Overall, very yummy and filling!
