Sweet Potato Pasta

From the menu: "Chili Spiced Sweet Potato Noodles; Corn & Black Bean Salsa · Avocado; Micro Cilantro · Tomatoes" This dish was pretty tasty. The #sweetpotato noodles were a little chewy and I'm not sure if that's normal or if they were a bit undercooked. The flavors were very good together and a little bit sweet. It came with a grilled lime that I didn't use. I overall enjoyed the dish but it was a little overpriced at $19 for the amount of food you get. #eatyourveggies #noodles #supportlocal #columbusohio #vegancolumbus

This is a go to for me when going out with friends. It is beautiful and full of incredible flavor. The micro cilantro adds the perfect finish.

Excellent dish! Every flavor and detail totally worked. Roasted tomatoes, beans, corn, with a quarter of an avocado 🥑. Brilliant! #veganisnotscary

Super yummy! The noodles are just spiraled sweet potatoes, so likely gluten free, too. It was just a little spicy and had a very southwestern style flavor to it. Entire half of an avocado was A+. My only complaint: the avocado wasn’t quite ripe.
