Sweet Potato and Mushroom Cannelloni, braised escarole and butter beans

A really interesting take on cannelloni. Definitely creative but the combination of pasta and beans made this pretty filling.

This was part of their special menu for Valentine's Day 2018, so not sure if it's available other times. It had really nice complexity of flavors and the texture of the butter bean went so well with the pasta. Really delicious.
