The owners of this amazing #local #familyowned #smallbusiness have been very open to welcoming and hosting the vegan community. Every Tuesday from 4-8 pm is #vegansushi only! The chef creates new seasonally inspired rolls, along with the regular vegan sushi offered year round. Takeout only. This was a devine tempura sweet potato roll made fresh in front of us. It was very flavourful and a definite repurchase 😋 They have promised that if the demand for vegan sushi increases enough, they will eliminate the “other” sushi and be 💯 vegan!!!! Let’s make that happen 🌱❤️
