sweet + spicy chicken sandwich

I'm so excited about Yellow Springs Brewery + Taproom. They introduced meatless mondays where all their #vegan sandwiches are half off! They have several vegan sandwich options ( and appetizers) and they source their vegan meats from Seitan's Realm! I ended up doing a really fun giveaway with them in Columbus to get the community out. This sandwich was only $7. That is a GREAT deal. Another cool thing about this is many of the vegan restaurants in Columbus are closed on Monday, so this is a great option and HOPEFULLY these prices will influence non-vegans to try their veggie options. #veganproud This sandwich was really good. It had a Seitan's Realm patty that was coated in a house sweet and spicy sauce (Dragon Sauce). The flavor was great and it also had a nice crunchy peanut slaw and pickles.
