Sweet And Sour "Chicken"

Very tasty, perfect addition to a bowl of rice. Even the small portion is quite generous

This is probably the first vegan sweet and sour dish that doesn't have pineapple. However, the taste is flavourful as they stir-fry it with the traffic light capsicums so it's sweet. The sourness comes from the tangyness from the sauce. Personally, I liked it and will have it again.
