Superfood Salad

They didn’t have a lot of vegan options here but luckily this salad was vegan and sounded good. It was quite nice! With couscous, beans, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, raisins, lettuce, croutons, and some bell peppers and carrots in a mustard vinaigrette. It was light but very fresh and tasty:) After 3 years, I finally say goodbye to Cambodia. You will forever be a home to me💛
