Sundried Tomato Pasta

This was basically the same thing as my oyster mushroom alfredo dish, but with sun dried tomatoes instead of mushrooms. It was also the same, once mixed up was very creamy. The tomatoes added a nice summery flavor to it and they were cooked well and weren’t chewy. Their pasta dishes always hit! #veganpasta #alfredosauce #sundriedtomatoes
