Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms

Finally had a chance to visit this iconic restaurant and it did NOT disappoint! This was one of my favorite dishes of the night, the “cheese” tasted real. We loved it so much we ordered a second round. This place creatively showcases how delicious vegan food can be, and it’s no surprise that this restaurant is always packed. P.S - I saw #vegancelebrity travis barker there!

Very good overall but only comes with three blossoms :( Fried zucchini blossoms with a tomatoe dipping sauce. Flavors were wonderfull.

Can’t get over this! They were the perfect amount of crispy and the salsa was delicious. I wish I can find a ricotta as this one in Mexico . If anybody has any leads please tell me!

I loved these so much that I learned how to make them at home, but mine aren’t even close to as good. They are so incredibly light and crispy with creamy warmed cheese inside. So delicious! My favorite appetizer here
