Stuffed Sour Cabbage Rolls (Vicki/Sarma)

Aromatic soy mince and rice rolled in sour cabbage leaves, with cacik dip and smoked paprika. Amazing! Another family recipe of the owner. Sadly, this restaurant is closing, due to an idiot landlord 😟 #alv

So bloody good! Very generous portions for less than 20 dollars. Absolutely scrumptious too; the cabbage is nice and sour and the beautiful mince and rice filling is well seasoned and flavoured (watch out for bay leaves!). Highly recommend with the chilli too. Top notch. 👌
