Stir Fry Seaweed Kai Lan

Very interesting kailan + seaweed mix. The seaweed was unique and crispy. Kailan is quite standard and tasty. Feels like two separate dishes but both were good so I’d recommend it. My only criticism is that it’s too oily.

Ordered this thinking it would be the standard stir fry kai lan. But wow this seaweed is crispy, melts in the mouth and so appetizing. The seaweed is actually the Korean Purple Seaweed (purple vegetable zicai) Nori seaweed. It gives a really nice bite together with the crunchy kai lan.
