Spinach Ricotta Pizza

While the pizza was indulgent, I didn’t feel guilty eating the whole thing. The homemade ricotta is standout, especially in comparison to many plasticky “cheeses” out there and the “ham” had a great taste. The dough is very thin and light. I do wish there was more.
