This is a great family run restaurant in McMinnville. We have gone twice and it will now be our only go to Mexican restaurant from now on. These enchiladas are stuffed with sauted veggies and lots of spinach. The green sauce is perfect and the rice is amazing with lots of lemon flavor!! Since becoming vegan I had to incorporate beans into my eating. These beans are so flavorful. Mom and dad cook while their children and employees run the front. They are always so kind. #oddmaninn
