Southern Fried Nuggets

i've never had fried nuggets like these - so soft, fluffy, light. would gladly engorge them on a daily basis :- )

Seed serves up classic southern cooking with a vegan twist and lots of variety. The southern fried nuggets made from tofu, chickpea flour and were delicious and the nachos... well just look at them... so goooood!!!
