Smoked salmun fashion sandwiches

Beautiful and absolutely divine 🙌🏻... These guys are generous with their sushi offerings, and everything is always fresh and so very satisfying. My carnie friend said he could not taste the difference between his & mine. Winning 💪🏻.

This was super delicious. I highly recommend. The carrot that acts as the vegan salmon is so good with the avo and mayo.

The restaurant is now called Aiko Sushi. This was just incredible! The sandwiches were filled with salmun made from smoked carrot and avo with mayo. The balance of flavour was perfect. #sushi
