Crunchy battered taro cake, stuffed with savoury vermicelli noodle mee sua strands that had a fun stringy texture. 🍠 I’ve eaten basically all the vegan options of the dim sum across Lotus and Greendot (the 2 eateries share the same CEO) and was happy to eat this again. Definitely among the most interesting from their handcrafted dim sum range. Huge love, surprise hit 💥 My mon randomly added this into the order and when we had it, the whole family LOVED it!! It’s so texturally interesting and enjoyable, while tasting so so distinct from traditional fried yam cakes wish we ordered more than 1!!!

It was a unique and tasty dish. Love how it was freshly fried and the softness of the cake.

I’m not too fond of this. The outer layer is #crunchy and #delicious but the soft inside is too #salty for my liking. I tried get over the taste initially but midway through my second piece, I was struggling.
