Signature Fried Tofu

This is not an iconic dish of Penang, but it is apparently a popular dish of the restaurant. Homemade tofu serve with ketchup as dipping sauce. Nothing special for the ketchup but the tofu is really good. Firm but not hard, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Recommend as a side dish/snacks for people who enjoy fried stuff.
