So well done. That crisp skrrriizchshh sound when you run your fork down it’s sides makes your eyes light up. The crunch when yr fangs break the skin and then, oh wait it’s soft, velvety smooth insides when you sink in. Strips of carrots and rice cake dance playfully on your tongue. And before you know it. SO TASTY i could shed a tear 🥹 Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside So full of umami and delicious There were also 2 types of chilli sauce available — the red one on the bottom is regular sweet chilli from the bottle, but the yellow/orange one is a specific chilli for dim sum that tastes like there is fermented soy bean in it which is truly delectable 😋 gotta give it a go!!

This was okay. The outside was pretty #crispy, but the inside was near mush, but still nice. Tasted a little oily too? I like the plate😉

Very fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Amazing!
