Sichuan Tofu Bao

One of the best vegan baos I’ve ever had! The tofu is nice and crispy from the outside but super soft from the inside. The sauce is some sort of spicy vegan mayo (not sriracha mayo!) and just goes perfect with the pickles and fresh cilantro! Loved this dish
