Sharing Nachos

Ok seriously if there's one thing I miss from my days spent in college bars it's mountains of nachos... super cheesy.. topped with loads of sour cream. And nachos aren't exactly something found on the menus of amazing restaurants like #cafegratitude but leave it to them to know what my bleeding liberal heart desires. These were a venerable feast. Black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, pepitas seeds, and something they call #escabeche which was pickled veggies. Oh and cashew cream sauce. The nachos were exceptional! I should have just had them for dinner and not ordered anything else! They were delicious and very filling!

Black beans, cashew nacho cheese sauce, pico, pepitas. Fantastic!
