I thought this was excellent 😋 Exactly the #breakfastofchampions that I needed 😊 Although the
#scrambledtofu took the naming rights, I thought the star of the show was the herbed #veganbutter that went on top of two warmed slices of #bread 😋 Honourable mentions to the #sausage as well as the #salad. There was so much of the tofu that you could use it to accompany every bite of everything else 😁 Maybe a #bigbreakfast doesn't need to be a fry-up after all 🙃
