Seitanschnitzel mit Kartoffelmajonnaisesalat

An amazing seitan schnitzel. Usually served with a potato-mayo salad, but I exchanged it for fries. It is an amazing interpretation of a classic schnitzel. The crust is really good. I feel they can even leave the sesame seeds, but I certainly don't mind them. The staff is exceptionally friendly and half of the menu is vegan. Like literally 50%

Amazing Seiten schnitzel with roast potatoes (I exchanged the potato mayonnaise salad). It was very well prepared and very tasty. In general half of the menu is vegan and the place is great. The people and the staff there were also exceptionally friendly. 💚
