Seitan Steak In Pepper Sauce

Ma stiamo scherzando?!?! L'equivalente ad un filetto al pepe verde che non mangio da secoli! Eh! Dovevo provarlo ovviamente. E mi è piaciuto!!!

(Not sure I remember the correct name of the dish) but it’s like a steak with pepper sauce and a traditional style of potatoes preparation. The restaurant isn’t vegan but has quite a lot of vegan options (you have to ask for the menu). Good place to try traditional Slovenian food.
