
This was my first vegan restaurant I went to after being vegan almost 2 years at the time (living in Nebraska be like) & the food did not disappoint. It was very delicious. Wish I could go back (but I moved out of Nebraska)
The seitan (wheat gluten) on this sandwich is densely meaty covered in a sweet barbecue sauce with a hint of hot spice. The two strips of seitan measure a thickness of at least half an inch to three quarters of an inch. It's placed on a hoagie bun that is soft and slightly chewy. There is a large quarter of a spear of dill pickle and a small amount of garnish greens with this sandwich and a side of JuJu's fries.
