Seitan Banh Mi

I'm so happy I ordered this because I was on the fence. This was delicious! I loved the flavor of the seitan it was something different for me. It had a nice gingery- soy flavor. This sandwich also had large slices of cucumber, pickled carrots, Daikin, jalapeños, DELICIOUS avocado dressing and cilantro. This was overall extremely flavorful. It was messy and ended up having to use utensils, so maybe not the best to order if on the go! #veganisnotscary
