The server was super nice and suggested a few vegan options on the menu for
me. This was one of the appetizers where they could remove the cheese & egg. It was delish! The balsamic glaze made it, and the eggplant was really crispy. There aren’t really many other options on the menu here though unfortunately, but I would go back for a drink & appetizer again since the atmosphere is very nice.
