Sassy Grilled Cheese

This vegan grilled cheese is like nothing I have ever had. It has a black bean spread, sliced avocado, and granola. It was so good!

This was the messiest, most delicious grilled cheese I have ever had. 3 pieces of bread, 3 pieces of cheese, smokey black bean spread, sliced avocado, MacDaddy butter, and sprinkled with savory granola .... whew! What the heck is MacDaddy butter ... tastes like spicy pimento cheese ... but made with macadamia nuts.... yummy!!! I will be returning to this place over and over again ... oh and they have cookies!!! #veganuary
