Sandwich with tofu mayonnaise and baked potatoes

A filling meal with lots of cucumber and tomato on the sandwich. I would have preferred some extra slices of tofu inside rather than it all being mixed into a spread - which was the soy based mayonnaise - as that was relatively dry. The bread was nice though and overall a yummy dish in a beautiful location and lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.
