Pretty good. I'm not a fan of seitan but it goes well with everything else, and the white sauce has a particulat taste, not my favorite, but the dish is still worth trying.

My mom says it was delicious , a very good mixture . I tasted it and it was delicious , very nice feta. If you go to Toulouse one day you really have to go to this vegan restaurant ! #veganisnotscary
