Sambal Sauce with Petai Fried Rice

Finally got to try this really amazing dish that i shared with a friend. Amazing 🤩

This was my favourite amongst the 3 #friedrice dishes. Spicy at a just nice level, generous with the #petai #stinkybeans just very delicious.

Dish tastes good. We ordered this together with their Xiang Chun Sauce Fried Tofu

The portion is generous. The petai which is the star of this dish is flavourful and given the right amount. Sambal sauce is not too spicy with a hint of sweetness, will prefer spicier to my liking.
