Fragrant and flavourful sambal fried rice, served alongside a generous amount of their soft housemade 'otah' topped with coconut shreds. 🌶️🥥 Came with a simple side salad too. Sambal Fried Rice with Nonya Otah Highly recommended for people that like spicy and hot stuff🌶️🌶️. We requested for more Sambal chilli as it was really a kick😍. Totally love it!! Oooh yes 😋 Greasy, #spicy #sambal #friedrice with a high level of #wokhei, a generous serving of embedded #mushroom, and - piece de resistance - the closest ever vegan interpretation I've had of #otak 🥰 Mind-blowing, just without the brains in it, y'know 😉☺️

Really yummy sambal fried rice! I was pleasantly surprised how much flavor was in this and the “otah” on the side was really great as well.
