La Vimea is a fully vegan hotel and restaurant in Naturns, South Tyrol. I stayed at the hotel because I wanted to try a fully vegan resort, however this restaurant is accessible also for non-guest, as long as you book at least one day in advance. Given my experience at the hotel, I would suggest only coming for dinner, because the service and the amenities are way too overpriced, whilst the restaurant is really worth it. As of September 2025, a 5-course dinner will set you down 79€ per person as an external guest, without the drinks. Since drinks are reasonably priced you can expect to spend slightly above 80€ if you don’t drink alcohol and around 90-100€ with wine. This was the second course of our 5-course meal the first night (unfortunately I forgot to picture the first), it was a broccoli tempura with fermented cashew cheese, caper jam and pickled figs. It was truly amazing. Perfect texture, perfect taste, perfect combination of flavors. And I can say the level of all other dishes was pretty much aligned with this one, so a very high standard. So to sum it up, love this restaurant, I would definitely recommend to visit if you’re in the area. But I can’t say the same for the resort itself, unfortunately.
