I haven’t had the non vegan version of this, so I can’t compare. It wasn’t fantastic but it wasn’t terrible either. The curry could have been more flavourful and spicier 🌶️.
Vegan version of the traditional Indian Muslim net-like pancake, made with coconut milk in lieu of dairy milk, alongside flour and a dash of turmeric for a vibrant yellow colour. 🌴🥥 The thin pancakes had an intricate lace pattern which I found quite fascinating visually, though the taste of the pancakes themselves didn't leave a very strong impression on me. Served with a bowl of creamy curry.
