Ronto-less Garden Wrap

A must every time I go to Disneyland! It is a very flavorful wrap and the impossible meat is always juicy! Highly recommend :)

Ronto Roasters is located in Galaxy's Edge (Star Wars Land) inside Disneyland. There are vegan menu items at almost every restaurant in Disneyland these days, and I think this wrap might be my favorite one. A Ronto is a large animal similar to what Earthlings call a "pig" on their planet. Prophecy says that someday the Jedi Knights will liberate all the Ronto and take them to live in safety on an animal sanctuary on a civilized planet. But until then, there's good news! Jedi Knights and other animal defenders can get a vegan version at Ronto Roasters. This dish is "plant-based sausage" with spicy kimchi slaw, sweet pickled cucumber, and gochujang sauce, in a pita flatbread. I'm pretty sure that the "sausage" component is actually seasoned Impossible Burger formed into the shape of a sausage. Whatever it is, it's really delicious. I ended up going back and buying a second Garden Wrap after devouring my first one. Next time you're at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, check out the Garden Wrap at Ronto Roasters!
