roasted peppers pizza

I was in vegan pizza heaven. The peppers were nicely charred and juicy. Coupled with oyster mushrooms, on a nice thin crust and a beautiful slather of tomato purée.

their wood fired oven adds a nice smokey flavor to the roasted peppers and the crust. only wish they offered vegan cheese (or better offer only vegan cheese for all pizzas instead of dairy cheese..!) they sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of their vegan pizzas, but if you order the plain marinara pizza, some melted vegan cheese would be nice..

their new branch at novena is an extension of slow bakes and finally open! looks very cozy with wood fired pizza oven and the pizza with roasted peppers was awesome...my favorite pizza dough!
