Roasted Cauliflower Steak

This was so good! It's amazing how filling cauliflower is when it's done right! This was savory, with just a kick of spice and even a bit sweet. And served with a ton of veggies like sautéed kale, collard greens, chickpeas and a red pepper sauce that was so good! One of my favorite dishes in Toronto, will definitely be back for this!
